If you opt in to Spokesbot's portfolio program at the time of your order, you grant Spokesbot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use the delivered video, in whole or in part, in Spokesbot's own portfolio, website, social media, and other marketing materials, for as long as Spokesbot continues to operate. This grant does not affect your own ownership or commercial usage rights in the video: you may still use it however you like, without restriction. If you did not opt in to the portfolio program, Spokesbot will not use your video in its own marketing without your separate written permission.
