If you haven't approved the script yet, you can get a full refund - no explanation needed. Once production starts, the order is non-refundable, but you get unlimited edit revisions at no charge until the video is exactly what you need.
You can request a full refund at any point before you approve the script in writing, for any reason. No explanation required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Once you approve the script and production begins, the order is non-refundable. Rendering costs are incurred at that point and can't be reversed. Instead, unlimited edit revisions are included at no charge: captions, music, timing, color, branding, lower thirds, end cards, CTA text, aspect-ratio crops, and file format.
Edit revision: a change to the existing video - unlimited and always free. Regeneration: a new version with a different script, requiring a re-record. Included regenerations: Starter 1 ($120 each additional), Standard 2 ($240 each additional), Studio 3 ($360 each additional).
Add-ons are refundable before work on that add-on begins. Unused bundle videos are refundable at the undiscounted single-video rate; bundle videos expire 12 months after purchase. The monthly retainer runs month to month and is cancellable with 14 days' notice.
If the delivered video doesn't accurately reflect the approved script, we'll correct it at no charge - a production fix, not a regeneration.
