The client submits a brief. The operator writes or polishes the script depending on the package. Nothing is rendered until the client approves the script in writing, and changes at this stage are free and unlimited. Once approved, the operator produces the video, delivers it for review, and turns around any edit revisions within one business day. Final files are delivered as 1080p MP4 with captions as a separate .srt or .vtt file.
A full refund is available at any point before the client approves the script in writing, for any reason and with no explanation required. Once the script is approved and production begins, the order is non-refundable because rendering costs are incurred at that point. Unlimited edit revisions apply instead. Add-ons are refundable before work on that add-on begins. Retainers are month to month and cancellable with 14 days notice. All delivery is digital and nothing is shipped. Turnaround begins at written script approval, not at payment.
