Question 1

What exactly do I get when I order a video?

Accepted Answer

You receive a finished, publish-ready spokesperson video - scripted, AI-generated, edited, captioned, and delivered as downloadable MP4 files in the aspect ratios your package includes. Every file is 1080p. Captions are burned in. Lower thirds are included on Standard and Studio. You do not need to do any further editing or processing before using the video.

Question 2

How long does it take to get a finished video?

Accepted Answer

Most projects are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from an approved brief. The Starter package targets 5 business days; Standard and Studio target 3 business days. Turnaround begins once the brief is reviewed and payment is confirmed. Rush delivery (next business day) is available on request at a flat add-on fee - mention your deadline in the quote form and availability will be confirmed.

Question 3

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited revisions are included on every package until you are satisfied. A revision means any change to an already-delivered video - script edits, pacing adjustments, caption styling, aspect ratio crop, or avatar swap. Revision turnaround is 1 to 2 business days. There is no cap on the number of rounds.

Question 4

How do I choose an AI avatar or presenter?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to choose - avatar selection is handled as part of the production process based on the tone, audience, and context of your brief. If you have a preference for a particular look, gender, age range, or style, include that in your brief and the presenter will be matched to those requirements. If you want to review avatar options before production begins, that can be arranged on request.

Question 5

Which languages are available?

Accepted Answer

Spokesbot supports over 30 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, and more. Multilingual delivery is included in the Studio package. Starter and Standard deliver in one language; additional language versions can be added to any package as an add-on.

Question 6

Do I own the commercial rights to the video?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upon delivery and full payment, you receive full commercial rights to the finished video. You may use it on any platform - website, social media, paid advertising, broadcast, trade shows, or any other commercial context - without restriction or ongoing licensing fee.

Question 7

What file formats and aspect ratios will I receive?

Accepted Answer

All packages deliver MP4 files at 1080p resolution. The Starter package includes a 16:9 landscape cut. Standard includes both 16:9 and 9:16 vertical cuts. Studio includes 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 square cuts. Adding a 9:16 cut to a Starter package is available as a paid add-on. Files are delivered via a private download link.

Question 8

Do I need to send a script, or can you write one for me?

Accepted Answer

Both options are included in every package. You can send a finished script and it will be used as written (with minor pacing edits if needed), or you can send a short brief - goal, audience, key message, and approximate length - and a complete script will be written for you at no extra cost. The shortest useful brief received has been four sentences; clarity matters more than length.

Question 9

What industries or types of businesses do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Spokesbot works with any business or individual that needs a person delivering words to camera. Common use cases include product advertisements, homepage explainer videos, investor updates, onboarding walkthroughs, SaaS feature announcements, e-commerce product demos, real estate listing videos, course and coaching promos, and multilingual versions of existing content. If the project involves a spokesperson delivering a message, it is a good fit.

Question 10

How does this compare to making AI video myself with a DIY tool?

Accepted Answer

DIY AI video tools handle the generation step, but not the judgment steps that surround it: writing a script that sounds natural when spoken, choosing a presenter that fits the brand, setting pacing and pauses correctly, timing captions so they do not obscure the speaker, and exporting in the right format for the target platform. Spokesbot handles all of those steps. The result is a video that looks and sounds considered rather than generated. The cost per video is also typically lower than a monthly DIY subscription once the time cost of learning and iterating is factored in.

Question 11

What if I am not happy with the result?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited revisions are included on every package, so if the first draft is not right, changes are made until it is. Revisions cover any aspect of the video - script, pacing, captions, aspect ratio, avatar, tone. If production has not yet started, a full refund is available on request. After production begins, refunds are not issued, but revision rounds continue without limit until you are satisfied. In practice, most projects reach a final the client is happy with within one or two revision rounds.

Question 12

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Fill in the quote form at spokesbot.video/quote with a brief description of what you need - the goal of the video, who it is for, the key message, and your preferred length and deadline. A response arrives within one business day. Payment is collected after the brief is reviewed and confirmed, and production begins immediately after.

Question 13

What do I need to send to get started?

Accepted Answer

A short description of the video you need: the purpose, the audience, the key message, and an approximate length. A script is helpful but not required - one can be written from notes. A tone reference (a video you like, or an adjective or two) is useful but also not required. The quote form walks through the required fields.

Question 14

Can I see examples of finished videos before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sample videos are available on the homepage and on the Work page at spokesbot.video/work. The portfolio includes a mix of formats - 30-second product ads, 90-second explainers, and longer pieces - so you can get a sense of the output quality and style before ordering.
