All delivery is digital. Nothing is shipped and no physical goods are provided.
The turnaround clock starts when you approve the script in writing - not when you pay. Starter: 5 business days from script approval. Standard: 3 to 5 business days. Studio: 2 to 3 business days. Rush delivery is available for $195 and delivers the next business day after script approval.
A finished video as a 1080p MP4 file, captions as a separate .srt or .vtt file, and any additional aspect ratios or add-ons purchased (vertical 9:16, square 1:1, social launch pack, etc.). Studio orders also include source files and the extended commercial license.
Finished files are sent by secure download link to the email address you provided when you ordered. Download links remain active for 30 days. Files can be re-sent on request within 90 days of delivery.
Slow responses to script approval or revision requests, incomplete briefs, missing brand assets (logos, fonts, color codes), or scope changes after production has begun. If something on your end is likely to affect the delivery date, you'll be told promptly.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
If delivery is late for reasons within Spokesbot's control, you'll be offered your choice of a rush upgrade on your next order at no charge or a partial refund.
